Lilly is originally from North Carolina and made Texas her home in 2023. She has been working in early childhood education since 2017 and joined Brighton Academy in 2025. Growing up in a household of educators, Lilly has always felt called to nurture the next generation. She finds joy in creating environments where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. Outside of the classroom, Lilly enjoys connecting with families, supporting her team, and continuing her own professional growth. She is passionate about combining her administrative experience with her heart for teaching to help children, families, and staff thrive.
