Amy has been devoted to early childhood education since 2005, bringing a wealth of experience in both classroom teaching and administrative leadership. Her deep love for children and passion for mentoring others fuel her commitment to the ever-evolving world of early learning. She thrives on the variety each day brings, viewing every moment as an opportunity to positively impact children, families, and fellow educators.
A lifelong learner at heart, Amy actively pursues the latest research in child development, continuously sharpening her skills to support those she leads. She finds genuine joy in coaching and empowering educators, firmly believing that confident, well-supported teachers are essential to helping children flourish.
Over the years, Amy has successfully founded and directed multiple early learning centers. Her dedication to this work continues to deepen, as she sees early childhood education not just as a career, but as a true calling.
Outside the classroom, Amy enjoys life with her husband of nearly three decades—a local firefighter—and their two grown children. Whether walking the trails in The Woodlands, getting lost in a good book, or cheering on her favorite sports teams, Amy brings the same heart and enthusiasm to her personal life as she does to her professional one.
