Carol's career in education began as a preschool teacher, where she fostered young children's growth through innovative and engaging teaching methods. Carol joined Brighton Academy in February 2023 as an office assistant, and quickly began working closely with teachers, parents, and the community to ensure that each child receives the highest quality education. In August of 2024, she transitioned to the role of Director for the Panther Creek Campus where she continues to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners and their families. Outside of her professional life, Carol enjoys traveling, game nights, and spending time with her grandchildren.
