Gladys has been a dedicated professional in early childhood education since 2007. With a strong commitment to excellence in early learning, Gladys leads with a passion for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, explore, and reach important developmental milestones.

Throughout her career, Gladys has developed a leadership style centered on collaboration and support. She enjoys working side by side with teachers, mentoring staff, and building strong partnerships with families to ensure every child receives the highest quality care and education. Gladys believes that a positive school culture, strong communication, and meaningful relationships are key to a thriving learning community.

Outside of her professional role, Gladys values spending quality time with her husband, daughter, and grandchildren. She enjoys going for walks, playing ball, and watching movies together—cherishing every opportunity to create lifelong memories with her family.
