Lauren Washington has been dedicated to early childhood development and family engagement since 2009, joining Brighton Academy in December 2024. Her experience as a foster and adoptive parent has shaped her passion for building meaningful connections and creating environments where children and families can flourish. With a commitment to growth and collaboration, Lauren approaches her work with empathy and purpose. She lives in Spring, TX, with her husband, Seth, and their six children.
