Mitzy joined Brighton Academy in 2024, starting in the front office as the morning opener. In this role, she quickly discovered her passion for connecting with families and partnering with parents to support each child’s growth and development. She later served as Office Administrator before being promoted to Campus Director.
Mitzy has a genuine love for working with children and is dedicated to creating a warm, nurturing environment where young learners feel safe, supported, and inspired to grow. As a mother of two, she understands the importance of trust, open communication, and building a strong school community that supports both children and their families.
